TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates: Based on 1-4 person occupancy. Additional occupants are $15 per person/per night.
Rates are the same for children and adults. Weekly rate includes one free night.

Deposits: Riverside, Riverview & Riverwatch - $300 / River's Edge - $200
This is not part of your rent. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will mail you
the Rules and Conditions, a Rental Agreement and a map to the Cabins.
*All reservations must have a deposit.

Holidays: May-December rates apply for all holidays.
There is a minimum rental of either three nights or five nights depending on holiday.

Cleaning Fees: Riverside, Riverview & Riverwatch - $75 / River's Edge - $50
These cleaning fees are based on normal clean up for cabins this size.
*If excessive cleaning is necessary, extra fees will be taken from your deposit.

Pets: Small pets are allowed at some of the cabins with an additional $35 fee.
This fee is per pet and it must be a small well-behaved dog or a de-clawed cat.
*Any additional charges incurred from your pet will be taken from your deposit.
